Inovex Dispatch provides truck dispatching and logistics coordination services. We do not directly transport or ship physical goods; instead, we connect carriers (truck owners and operators) with freight opportunities through brokers and shippers.
This Shipping Policy explains our role, responsibilities, and service limitations regarding load handling and transportation coordination.
2. Service Scope
Our dispatching services include:

Finding and booking suitable loads for carriers.

Coordinating with brokers and shippers.

Providing route planning and delivery instructions.

Supporting communication between driver, broker, and shipper.
Please note:
Inovex Dispatch does not own or operate trucks and does not assume liability for the physical transport of goods. The carrier or trucking company is solely responsible for load pickup, transit, and delivery.
3. Load Delivery Responsibility
All delivery times, locations, and conditions are agreed upon between the carrier and the broker/shipper.
Inovex Dispatch ensures accurate communication but cannot guarantee:

Load condition upon delivery.

Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen events.
4. Proof of Delivery (POD)
Carriers are required to submit Proof of Delivery documents to the broker and to Inovex Dispatch (for record-keeping and invoicing support).
Inovex Dispatch assists in verifying delivery status but is not liable for missing, incomplete, or inaccurate POD documentation.
5. Shipping Fees and Payments
All payments and freight charges are managed between the carrier and the broker/shipper.
Inovex Dispatch does not collect or handle freight shipping fees directly unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
6. Delays or Disruptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely coordination, Inovex Dispatch cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers, brokers, or third parties.

Force majeure events (e.g., accidents, weather, strikes, or road closures).

Broker or shipper payment issues.
